Exploring Centers – “No hollows, no protuberances”

Exploring Centers – “No hollows, no protuberances”
The following footage has Aaron exploring how defecting a joint on either side of his posture destroys the entire postures integrity. BP Chan used to say “no beggars wrist”. This refers to the hollow caused by bending the wrist as if begging for money. We explore how defecting the wrist on either side of the body collapses the posture. You can also follow the collapse down the chain of the limb. For example as the wrist is overturned the elbow loses its integrity and can be collapsed next. Being mindful of these defects helps one to remove them from their own posture. The converse of this knowledge is it can be used to exploit the defect in your opponents posture. This is the beauty of Yin and Yang. It becomes a two for one sale on knowledge.
