The pushing and pressing forward posture from the five animal frolics utilizes both a vertical and a horizontal circle caused by one rotation of the waist. This is from the bear exercises which are good for the liver and gallbladder. The liver is the mother of blood and the mother of the tendons. If your liver is healthy your tendons will be healthy. This exercise helps to loosen the tendons of the body.
