Sink my Chi to my foot to get under my opponent.
The following example shows me demonstrating how , even if my posture is defective, I can get under my opponent by sinking my Chi to my foot. This causes my opponent to feel unstable as my power comes up from underneath him. this gives me a leverage advantage. It is critical that I do not resist his attempts at affecting my posture with muscle. I instead use fullness to keep my shape, however , I let him have part of my shape so I can tie up his strength. The principle is the same in any position. Resisting his attack with muscle will simply give him connection to my whole body through my tendons and muscular system. I am not using any strength beyond what I might use with a child. You can hear in the videos that I am not straining physically to do any of this. When people are present especially when there is more than one of them I will let them feel that my musculature does not get tighter than that of a child. This has nothing to do with my mass or my strength. This is simply a function of internal training.
