This is a very useful set that i have used to help many people . i have used it myself to heal a torn Meniscus . i have also trained people in their nineties at several Senior Centers where i volunteer. They are great to do in the evening before retiring as they help in the cultivation of energy as well as entering quietude. This is a core practice of mine .

SITTING MEDITATIONS

1. SIT IN MEDIATION (palms to knees to palms up)
2. SIT HANDS IN CREASE (palms to body)
3. SIT HANDS 6″ ABOVE CREASE (4″ from abdomen)
4. SIT HANDS STAY SAME – HELLS UP
5. SIT HANDS STAY SAME – FEET OUT ABOVE GROUND
6. SIT HANDS STAY SAME – FEET UNDER CHAIR
7. FEET STAY SAME – BACK OF HANDS TO KIDNEY
8. HANDS HOLD BALL – FEET OUT OFF FLOOT
9. HANDS AND FEET 45 – FEET OFF GROUND
10. SIT IN MEDITATION (PALMS to knees, or palms up, etc.)
