ADAPTABILITY IN QIGONG
When you use Qigong to help people in need ( Service ,Sharing & Responsibility) you often need to adapt the exercises to the needs and capabilities of the practitioner. i see the Eight Pieces of Brocade Standing Set as an essential element in healing and transformation. It is a set that i have adapted several times for people of various ages and conditions . i used it to heal my knee by adapting it to a seated set . i have also shared modified versions to the elderly in several senior centers where i volunteer .
