Kicking in Taijiquan – The use of the Hands.

The following example shows how the hands are used to stir up your opponents Posture so that they have difficulty continuously Attacking. The genesis of the movement is for me too rotate my central axis while sinking through their feet , pinning their feet to the floor. The turning action has the dual purpose of feeding me the opponents arm while rotating their body along the line of my kick. This type of action can be very jarring and also tends to make you fall into the blow. This is just one simple example.
