Let your opponent be the architect of his demise

I gently leverage Alex's right elbow joint with a splitting action between my left palm, pressing in and my right arm moving in the opposite direction. Alex senses my attack on his elbow and both sinks and rounds his elbow out in order to protect it from collapsing. I follow him and his defensive circle and I add less than 4 ounces of pressure and momentum, floating, his shoulder and elbow out side of his base, I lightly pull his elbow out while I follow from the back of his body with my other hand, coaxing him lightly to fall into the hole. Alex adjust his feet while simply rotating around my axis until I find a Center to Center alignment and release him away from me.
