Moving from Center to Center, Coiling in and out sequentially

it is very important that when we do the opening movements as well as every other movement that we move sequentially via release from Center to Center. In doing so we open and close and coil in and out of every center . it is critical that this is done via release and not with any contractive forces . The practitioner might feel as if they are loose and dangling but when these releases are made sequentially, it will mobilize the Qi in the direction of the sequence. If your mind is on the Qi, it will stagnate.  it would be the same, as if someone were to be escorting the King and touched the King . The moment that they touched the King, everyone in the court would hold their breath. Instead, one simply opens the door to the room and escorts the King to the next door. When we do this, the body will feel very solid to whoever is touching it, and it is critical that the practitioner does not have any resistance in their body, and even more importantly, any resistance in their mind . When moving from one Center to another one can retain a state of peace that is necessary for this achievement. It is necessary for the feeder/training partner to push with just enough force to allow the practitioner to make the achievement.  They will increase their force over time as the achievement develops, and then in this way.  they will nurture their training partner. this achievement, once  acquired, is then woven throughout every transition of the form.
