Practicing receiving and issuing off of one leg
This video shows me practicing receiving Alex's force and sending it back to him off of one leg. This type of training is helpful to get you to stop pushing with your grounded foot and to merely expressed through it. When you push forward off of your grounded foot , You are merely using ballistic momentum . The point is that this is a valuable type of training even though it's seems stupid. The skill and stability that it develops transfer into your regular practice.
