Silk Reeling Pt 9 – riding the track
The following application shows that I may go in either direction around the Taiji circle/template/ track. I simply follow Aaron’s movement while moving “in center”, not violating my own centers. I follow my own centers at the same time that I follow his movement. I track around the circle and in doing , so I come around and end up in an advantageous position. This example has me simply following him while maintaining the principles and having a lock form underneath my hands without me thinking about it at all. This is an example of using the circle in three dimensions.
