The Tai Chi Ruler table and Ball Playing Training

The top of the table has a slight dip in it, and is hollowed out very subtly. Gravity pulls the ball to the center of the table . You sink your Chi to the rear foot and extend your intention and press the rear foot (trigger) and release the Jin outward against the gravitational forces, only touching the ball with your fingertips. When the ball extends out if there is tension in the shoulders, it will not make the turn the ball is returned by releasing the intention and the sighting to a peripheral view. This closes the joints, releasing the kinetic energy that stored in the open joint capsules by the stretched[F459E61D-5B42-4493-BB02-A42A2CE4DBE8.jpeg] ligaments, you slowly rock back-and-forth, rolling the ball out to the perimeter of the table against the gravitational forces and energetics momentum's. If you are tense anywhere in the body, the ball will bind and will not roll so it has to be held lightly with the fingertips, and it has to be sent out and returned with Jin . This continued action causes you to mobilize the Chi to your fingertips, and to move and synchronize the opening and closing energies.
