Using softness to overcome hardness in "Repulse Monkey"
The following footage shows me turning over my palms by rotating around my center axis. The arms are completely soft, allowing them to be turned over because of the change in the torso. If I try to sweep my opponent away with strength, then all of my tendons, engage and allow him to control my body . When my joints are open and the muscle is soft, then the turning action does not allow him to bridge through the contact point into my feet. My opponent is stuck to me in an attempt to feel me and this happens on an unconscious level. This is why lightly touching his arm with the back of my hand allows me to turn his whole body and rapidly move him into a defective position
