Hi y'all. This is a quick highlight reel of today's training session. Those of you who know me know I've been training for a very long time under Frank Allen and Tina Shang of the Wuong PCA, but I've also been training under Jim Russo. The exercises you see here are all based off of the eight silk briades form of BP Chan that Jim Russo has taught both me and Brandon here. Believe me when I say I know how weird some of these exercises look, but they are all based on using correct internal principles and learning how to mobilize the tissues of the body.
