Training receiving force

Training receiving force The following footage shows Alex assisting me in training receiving force. This is a cooperative training method in which he feeds me via connection, and I endeavor to bounce him off of me in different ways. These concepts are used to de-stabilize. A person's attempt to apply force on me and reposition my body. They are not meant to suggest that I am a superhero or some other type of thing that lower level "martial artists " continue to suggest. Just for the record , I really could care less what they think of me. I'm only sharing these things to people that understand what's going on and because Time here on this planet is limited. Ethical behavior was once a Main stay of martial arts, and this younger generation seems to think it's appropriate to be rude and stupid, and I simply just won't interact with them. The notion of challenging someone that you view as having lesser skill than you is not a courageous act . It is the act of a coward, You should challenge me if you think you are equal to me ; if you think you are better than me, then you should go find someone better than me to challenge. Otherwise you're no more than a schoolyard bully, hiding behind the keyboard next to your action figure collection. Thanks for watching! Training connect , receive , release

Training connect , receive , release The following footage shows me working with Alex to develop a skill. Alex pushes into my arms with the strength to attempt to move me. I receive the strength into my foot letting Alex compress my Qi. And I allow my hips to fall away from my head, stretching my spine.. I then press the rear foot, lightly triggering the release of Chi in harmony with the unstretching of my spine. Thanks for watching! Send them out, then pull them back in

Send them out, then pull them back in In combat, you might send someone out breaking their balance, and then pull them back into a strike increasing the power of a strike. I pulled him back in in this instance to prevent him from crashing into my counter, but this is something that you want to cultivate Thanks for watching!
